Industry Overview
Patient care is a tough job requiring timely, accurate decision-making and error-free equipment. That’s why Panasonic makes the health care industry’s most dependable PCs, built to withstand the most extreme conditions and meet every challenge facing medical professionals. Panasonic Toughbooks® lead the industry in reliability, which translates to reduced downtime, low repair costs and a significantly lower total cost of ownership.
Panasonic Toughbooks benefit from a $4.5 billion research and development fund from parent company Matsushita Electric Corporation of America. And Toughbook mobile PCs are backed by Panasonic’s 3-year limited warranty and 24-hour technical support hotline, so you’ll always have the power of Panasonic behind you. Unsurpassed quality, service, reliability and uptime—it’s our commitment to you, and to your patients.
Toughbook reliability, with optional medical management software, can enhance the quality of patient care.
Access patient information instantly, complete examinations and track patient progress more efficiently and transmit orders directly to labs and hospitals for greater accuracy. Electronic entry of information via the touchscreen LCD dramatically reduces errors and delays commonly caused by the re-entry of patient data from hand-written medical records. Panasonic can plan and configure your system integrating hardware, software and drivers into a complete, ready-to-use health care solution. On-site user training is also available so medical professionals can be up and running in hours.
